Tournament operations for clubs

Launch your next padel tournament without managing every step manually

Set up one clear route for registration, reminders and participant updates while keeping your existing booking and payment channels.

The operational problem

Registration information is often spread across forms, chats and manual lists.

A launch system gives every participant one clear route and gives the organizer one reviewable source of truth. It is designed for event operations and promotion—not as a court-booking replacement.

How it works

From workflow review to post-event follow-up

01

Review

Map the current process, bottlenecks and official tools.

02

Configure

Build approved categories, fields, payment route and participant states.

03

Launch

Publish a clear event page and monitor registrations and waiting list.

04

Follow up

Send agreed reminders and retain permitted player data for the stated purpose.

Questions before a pilot

Commercial and operational boundaries

What is included?

The proposed scope can cover the landing page, registration flow, participant communication, waiting list and reporting. The written scope is confirmed before work starts.

What does the club provide?

The club supplies confirmed dates, categories, policies, capacity, official payment route, contacts and approval of the final participant flow.

Are payments processed here?

Stripe Checkout or the club’s own payment link can be connected when agreed. Third-party fees are not included in the service price.

Does this replace Playtomic or WhatsApp?

No. The system can sit around official booking, payment and communication tools without replacing them.

How long does setup take?

Timing depends on the event date, information supplied and integrations required. A schedule is confirmed after the workflow review.

Are advertising campaigns included?

No. Paid advertising is outside the pilot scope unless separately agreed in writing.

Is a number of registrations guaranteed?

No. The service improves the workflow and discovery layer but does not guarantee registrations, revenue or attendance.

How is participant data handled?

Only necessary data is collected for the agreed purpose. Access, retention and processors must be confirmed with the club before launch.
